This policy explains how shipping, returns, and refunds are handled on Good Kratom Deals. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing times may vary during high order volume periods.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery
We ship orders using reputable third party carriers. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Good Kratom Deals is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect address information, or events outside of our control.
Once an order is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
3. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to customer error may be delayed, returned, or lost. In such cases, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.
Good Kratom Deals is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims for stolen packages after delivery must be handled with the carrier directly.
5. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
We do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products.
If a return is approved in limited circumstances, the product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging. Return approval is at our sole discretion.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued only when deemed appropriate.
7. Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non refundable unless the error was caused by Good Kratom Deals.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it cannot be canceled.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are refused, returned to sender, or deemed undeliverable may be subject to restocking and reshipping fees.
Refunds for refused or undeliverable packages are not guaranteed.
